Day 1 was actually harder than I expected it to be. For the first day you are supposed to go through a variety of exercises to track your progree throughout the program. Here are my results:
Switch Kicks- 80
Power Jacks- 45
Power Knees- 50
Power Jumps- 25
Globe Jumps- 7
Suicide Jumps- 10
Push-Up Jacks-8
Low Plank Oblique- 21
Each of these are pretty challenging especially when you have to do as many as you can for 60 seconds. I am dripping in sweat from the 25 minute workout so I can just imagine what the next 59 days will be like. I can't wait to check the progress I make in a week!!! Anyone interested yet?
